Leather Card Wallets- Guest Instructor

Join us in making simple card holders inspired by the Hermès Calvi wallet. Each is cut from two separate luxury goatskins with eight colors to choose from. The construction seems simple at first glance, but by taking the French traditional approach including: edge painting, creasing, waxing, and sanding we take it from DIY to atelier-grade.

Your instructor Mario is a longtime leather worker trained by a former Hermès artisan. This is the latest installment of Manos, his workshop series teaching leathercraft and design to beginners who care about doing it right.
