About the event
Join Craft Society for an evening of weaving baskets with traditional plaited weaving techniques, perfect for your farmer's market flower run. You will weave your basket from the base up, finishing it off with a ribbon. Guests will also get to fill their baskets with flowers donated by Ground Cycle :)
Craft Society is a creative duo aiming to make folk and heritage craftwork accessible to young New Yorkers. We host weekly workshops for friends and strangers to come together and create.
