CS x USAL Kite Making

Join Usal and Craft Society for an intimate, hands-on morning of kite making rooted in folk tradition. We’ll craft delicate, artful kites using mulberry paper and natural materials, inspired by age-old designs from around the world. As we create, enjoy a cozy morning-style spread featuring light breakfast bites and warm drinks. We’ll end the morning outdoors, letting our handmade kites take flight together in the open air—a simple, joyful celebration of creativity, wind, and community.

Craft Society is a creative duo aiming to make art and craftwork accessible to young New Yorkers. We host weekly workshops for friends and strangers to come together and create.
