Corn Dollies
Make harvest tokens for this season's bounty!
Time & Location
Nov 09, 2026, 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Craft Society, 569 Union St, Brooklyn, NY 11215, USA
About the event
Join us in making Corn Dollies, an ancient harvest tradition. Centuries ago, farmers would weave different designs out of their wheat; some as love tokens, others as talismans for a good bounty. Guests can make 2-4 and use them as Thanksgiving decorations or to hang in the kitchen!
Craft Society is a creative duo aiming to make folk and heritage craftwork accessible to young New Yorkers. We host weekly workshops for friends and strangers to come together and create.
