​Ages 7-9 classes are held on Tuesdays, from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM

Ages 10-12 classes are held on Wednesdays from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM

All classes are held in our Gowanus shop at 569 Union St

Our classes are designed for students who are brand-new to sewing, but all levels are welcome.

Craft Society is a creative duo aiming to make craftwork accessible to New Yorkers of all ages. We have worked diligently to develop a thoughtful curriculum and to curate a team of patient and talented instructors for your children.

We started Craft Society as a way to build community and reconnect with our "inner child". After a year and a half of pop-up workshops, we are finally opening a brick and mortar Craft School. We will use this space to host weekly workshops for all ages, private events, and now, after-school programming. Our Co-Founder​, Isabelle, will lead our team of sewing teachers. Isabelle is an educator with a background textile art and design. We are excited to have a teach to student ratio of no more than 5:1 for all our after school programming.
